Lunchwale 2.0

"Lunchwale" Indian Pre-Set Meals are delivered daily between 11 am and 1.15 pm from Monday to Friday. Customers must collect their orders either at the main entrance of the office building or at the designated pickup point. Prior to arrival, customers will receive a text notification 5-10 minutes in advance; please note that this is a grab-and-go service with no waiting policy. Kindly be advised that "Lunchwale, Inc." will not be accountable for undelivered orders if the customers fail to show up for pick-up.

In instances where customers do not receive the expected notification, it is the customer's responsibility to inquire about the delivery status by contacting 424-523-9000.

For situations wherein customers cannot pick up their lunch boxes due to engagements like meetings or conference calls, or any other reason leading to non-receipt of delivery notification, the lunch boxes will be placed at a designated spot or reception area, incurring a $1 per box concierge service charge. Once orders are placed or delivered, cancellations or refunds are not permitted.

Repeat customers are required to place a minimum order of 5 lunches with staggered deliveries, allowing for prepayment and subsequent on-demand delivery by texting two letters specifying their meal choices before 10 am to 424-523-9000. First-time customers are exempt from this restriction and can freely experience our lunch services.

Inclusive of a 8.25% sales tax, credit/debit card transactions will be subject to a 4.90% payment portal fee, while orders received after 10:00 am will incur a $1 rush charge per meal.

"Lunchwale" operates on a building/street-specific basis, mandating timely payment settlement; any outstanding dues must be cleared by the following day to avoid a $1 daily late fee. Do note that our services are limited to specific areas at present.

Our lunch services run from Monday to Friday exclusively, with no provision on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. While every effort is made to ensure punctual deliveries, unanticipated delays or service cancellations may occur under exceptional circumstances without prior notification. The menu selection rotates daily throughout the week; however, consistency in quality, quantity, variety, and taste cannot be guaranteed.

Upon making an order, customers opt into receiving periodic marketing and promotional emails; additionally, we reserve the right to utilize customer references such as photos or videos across various media platforms for promotional purposes.
